Service everywhere I cant believe

I have to say even though it was quite a bit of work to get my number finally ported it was worth it now I have service everywhere I go thanks to the smart network and switching to the strongest signal wherever I am!

Boost or Amazon

I had a hard time getting an order to complete. The first I had to cancel so maybe I created the whole month long battle to place an order and try to activate. Boost had so many problems figuring out this and that. I got disconnected twice and ever call is a complete start over- I mean no one even tried to call back when I reapplied for an hour with Boost over the phone to get disconnected 2 mins pre “submitting”… I called right back and 20 mins of wasted time ended in “we don’t see an account for you…. You’ll need to restart applying but we need a new email… I had appointments to get to. Days later I tried Amazon again, clearly I thought the deal was great… order processed, phone received 4 attempts over a week or so to activate it. The last one after holding and working with their service for more than an hour (and 3 days of trying) “I’m on the line with tech please give us a few more minutes… tech systems are down, someone will call you back [asap]… We cannot estimate wait times… I’m sorry we are unable to activate your $1200 “phone today…” yes I’d already been charged taxes and initial service totaling $80 mo bill. No call back. I called again & got this automation “you may hold however because it is close to closing [an hour left] you may not be helped today….please try during normal business hours…Ehh screw it all. I gave up.

Waste of time

Phone could not be set up. Had to be returned. But even worse, Boost shut off my phone before trying. Mid-conversation, with tech service. After driving 20 minutes to call them back on a borrowed phone, waiting in line for someone at least 30 minutes each time, explaining everything over again each time, being asked for different numbers to different devices and pin #s and getting hung up on, just to try again.. Finally, after 5 days of no phone service, I was told to return my new phone because the hardware was bad. Boost then could not release my number, or access my account without the IMEI# of the device they told me to return. I finally bought a prepaid sim, got it set up and it took their tech service rep 10 minutes to explain to Boost how to release my number so my service could be activated. Total nightmare.

iPhone 15 pro

Battery life is way better than its older counterparts. Great phone a little pricey though. Higher resolution to screen and pictures

Easy set up.

Boost and the IPhone were very easy to merge over. I was super skeptical with boost coming from ATT. I always struggle with reception at my house, could just be the upgraded phone but my reception is amazing now. Regardless very easy process that I was much worried about.

Thankful.

Great phone. I am so glad I found this phone service who made it easy for me to get a new phone on a payment plan without worrying about my credit. This service is great also, I’ve been able to have a signal in places I usually did not have a signal in with my old phone service. Of course driving out there on long country roads you might run into a few spots with no signal but other than that this service had been great so far. The customer service is very friendly and helpful also.

Awful- Read this first! Worst experience of my life.

Callers said my phone was disconnected. I check the app. Customer service tries to say it is not happening, but luckily I tried to call my own phone and got a busy signal or disconnected message although the phone was laying beside me, not being used, and was on high speed WiFi. Did I mention if you order through Amazon you get fifteen days only to return? Even if you just find out at thirty days your service isn’t working because callers are being told disconnected although you have a zero balance and are active in the boost unlimited system? Now I will have to pay for an iPhone that is locked to Boost which doesn’t work well at all where I am in Tennessee. Every customer service person I’ve talked to has different rules and my husbands phone (bought later directly from Boost) was supposed to have 30 days but you have to conquer 25 different CSRs and keep escalating and yelling at different employees to try to convince one that you are in fact within the return window on the phone that has been telling your callers is already disconnected. Meanwhile, I am an attorney. If I wasn’t, I would be paying $2000 in early termination fees immediately upon changing or cancelling either of these plans, billable immediately by Amazon pay or any card on file through either Amazon or Boost. I still don’t have a return label, they say it takes 48 hours, but I have recorded HOURS of customer service waiting and being lied to, being promised a label that I don’t know if it will even come, and just hoping to put this company in my rear view for $2500 all at once just because I was trying to get a “cheap iPhone.” Never again will I ever be so foolish to deal with such a place. The “switching between three networks” apparently is not seamless and your phone gives callers the impression you haven’t paid your bill. Did I mention buried (like the 15-day Amazon hatchet job) in text somewhere Boost can charge you roaming fees that are unlimited in amount in addition to the “$60 everything”? Heaps of consumer protection violations and unfair business practices, inconspicuous important text that is not disclosed or clear at all (even for a successful young attorney). Save yourself the headache, I will attempt to post a video of me about to stroke out arguing with a CSR about when UPS delivered my device—Amazon is exactly HALF as flexible. You can’t even get a human to argue with on this site. Truly disappointment on an entirely new level trying this deal. I’m just thankful I wasn’t foolish enough to believe I could “fix the disconnected vibes by turning roaming on” like the CSR suggested. I would carry a traćfone over this nonsense. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!

Great plan and phone

I mean it’s an iPhone so you know what you’re getting by now. That being said this is the first iPhone I’ve used since the iPhone 12 Pro and for the most part I love it. Easy to use and great battery life. I love the simply point and shoot with the camera. Does it take the best shots ? No but it’s very consistent and the video is great though. I think I preferred the stainless steel on the sides of the phone but the titanium feels better.And now for the Boost Infinite part of the phone. It’s $60 a month and you get the ability to upgrade to a new iPhone every 12 months if you want to or pay off the phone in 36 months. Boost Infinite talks about their three network and for me at least it seems to stay on T-Mobile network. I get the same connection as I did when I had T-Mobile. Ported my number from Metro and it was quick. Had a little issue but I went straight to a customer service agent and it was easy. Much better than dealing with Verizon or T-Mobile ( can’t speak for AT&T). The plan has unlimited talk and text and 30GB of high speed data

Great phone, bad service.

The iPhone 15 Pro was amazing, but Boost Infinite’s call/voice service in my area was VERY POOR. Had to cancel after 1 month.

THEY LOCK PEOPLE IN CONTRACTS FOR THE MONEY….YOU WILL NOT GET THE SAME FULL SERVICE AS BOOST MOBILE OR TMOBILE OR ANY OTHER NETWORK….PLUS THE PHONE IS LOCKED SO YOU CANNOT SWITCH AWAY FROM THEM AND KEEP YOUR SAME NUMBER…..I URGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM BOOST INFINITE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY…..PLUS YOU CAN GET THE SAME PHONE FOR UNDER 500 DOLLARS IN THE ACTUAL BOOST MOBILE STORE TO KEEP UNLOCKED…..BE SMARTER THAN THIS SCAM COMPANY….BOOST MOBILE DENIES AFFILIATION WITH INFINITE….

Ok this just works

Trying to find loophole in this plan, can’t really find one…Basically 60 a month and includes a new phone and unlimited (extra for hotspot)…Number transfer was very painless as long as you follow the instructions they send….Honestly I was paying 37 for a prepaid with 15gb with Verizon…now 60 with unlimited a brand new phone and free upgrades after a year…not bad….You can pay off the phone sooner and get out, but i think i’ll stay. ill update in a year….

Boost Mobile Not Boost Infinite.

I bought an iPhone 15 Pro a few days ago. Boost Mobile was unable to port my number. Boost and Amazon are not communicating properly. Boost had no record of my purchase, yet Amazon Pay charged me for one month’s service. I have spent hours with Boost Mobile’s customer service. It was a waste of my time. I will be returning the phone.
